SENDING US ELECTRONIC ARTWORK:
If you don't have electronic artwork to send us, let us typeset and design your campaign product(s). Typesetting and graphic design are always FREE when you place an order with us. We will provide a fax or email proof for your approval. We can only prepare artwork after receiving your order form and payment.
If you already have some campaign products and you want us to match a particular type font or design, please send us a copy of the product and we will make every effort to reproduce it, so that your products have a consistent look.
Electronic Artwork Requirements:
If you had an advertising agency or graphic designer produce a logo or artwork for you which can be sent electronically via email here are our requirements:
We CANNOT accept MAC files as we operate on the PC platform.
We prefer vectorized artwork or true eps files, which should be converted to curves. We can accept PDF files and high resolution JPEGs (300 dpi or higher). We cannot accepted low resolution JPEGs (below 300 dpi), Gifs, Tifs, Word Documents or Photo Shop files.
We can accept files from the following software programs: Adobe Illustrator (up to 10.0), Freehand (up to 7.0) and CorelDraw (up to X3)
Files cannot be larger than 1 megabyte.
Always include a paper copy of the artwork with your order form, either by fax or U.S. mail, so that we can verify and compare the electronic artwork.
Printing processes such as screen printing, pad printing, flexogarphic printing and hot stamping doesn't allow for gradients, screened images, gray scales, toned drop shadows and mezzatones.
