By Telephone: To place an order by telephone, just call us between the hours of 9 AM until 4:30 PM (East Coast Time) Monday thru Friday. One of our experienced customer service representatives will assist you with the details of your order. We will confirm all order details by fax or email to ensure the accuracy of your order.
By Fax: Our fax line is a safe and secure way to send your order to us. Our fax number is listed on our faxable order form. If you are not comfortable with putting your credit or debit card information on the fax order form, just sign the credit / debit card section with a note to call you for your credit or debit card information. The Better Business Bureau of America has rated this website as a safe shopping site.
By Email: You can send the details of your order by clicking here. We do not recommend putting your credit or debit card information in an email message. Please provide us with a telephone number and the best time to call you for this information.
By U.S. Mail: Send your order to the address shown below. We will contact you either by telephone or email once your order has arrived.
Visiting Our Office: If you are in Central Massachusetts, our offices are located on Route 9 (at the junction of Routes 9 and 56) in the town of Leicester. All office visits are by appointment only, so please call us prior to visiting our offices.
