PAYMENT OPTIONS:

CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS: We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. All orders paid for using a credit or debit card are processed and entered into production immediately, whereas, orders paid for using a personal or campaign check require a verification and clearance period of three to five business day.

PAPAL: We now accept PayPal as a payment option. With our stock products such as American Flags, Decals, Labels and Snap Buttons and simply use the Buy Now buttons. With other products, click here to see how you can use your Paypal account to purchase other products.

PURCHASE ORDERS: We accept authorized signed purchase orders from U.S. city, federal, military, state and town government agencies. We also accept purchasse orders from public and private schools, colleges and universities.  A copy of the purchase order must be faxed or mailed to us.

PAYING BY CHECK: We will accept your personal or campaign check for payment with the understanding that your order will not be entered into production for 3 to 5 business days to allow for funds verification and bank clearance. If funds verification or bank clearance cannot be authorized or approved by your bank we will contact you immediately for other payment options.

We cannot accept personal or campaign checks (outside Central Massachusetts) within thirty (30) days of your election date. All orders within this time period must be paid using a credit card or your PayPal account.

Once your order has been entered into production or delivered, we cannot change the payment method i.e. credit card to campaign check.

When using a campaign check for payment, please plan accordingly to allow for delivery by the U.S. Postal Service, bank verification and clearance time, production time in our factory and UPS transit time to you.

Fill out our order form and include it with your check. Send your order and payment to Creative Services of New England, P.O. Box 417, Leicester, MA 01524. Always call us three to four business days after mailing your order to confirm that we have received it.

We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of a campaign check for payment or limit the check's dollar value.
