Plastic snap buttons are perfect for making your own buttons for a political campaign, community events, anniversaries, parties and so much more. These plastic snap together buttons are quick and easy to make.
1. Never allow children under the age of 12 years old to use the circle cutter or remove the cutting blade. All children should be closely supervised when handling or using the circle cutter as the blade is extremely sharp and can cause injury.
2. Practice your circle cutting with a blank sheet of paper to ensure you're comfortable with using the cutter and to reduce mistakes.
3. Place your photo or print on the self healing cutting pad, position the cutter over your print or photo making sure the circle cutter is centered on your print or photo.
4. Press down on the top of the circle cutter with one hand to prevent the circle cutter from sliding, using your other hand rotate the circle cutter a full three hundred and sixty degrees to complete cutting the circle.
5. Take your circle print or photo and place it in the clear shell. Snap the frosted back with the safety pin over the print and snap the edges - you're done!
Replacing the circle cutter blade:
Use extreme care when removing or adjusting the cutter blade as it is extremely sharp and can cause injury.

The circle cutter arm has an inch scale on the side. Unscrew the plastic knob and carefully move the cutting blade to the position that best suits your needs. Tighten the
