TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prices shown on this website are good until December 12, 2008.

PRODUCTION TIMES are listed with each product. Production time does not include UPS transit time from our factory. Normal shipping method is UPS Ground Service.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE: All products are guaranteed against factory defects. Any defect must be reported to is within three (3) business days after receipt of your order. We cannot accept claims after this deadline.

FREE TYPESETTING & GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES: We will provide free typesetting and graphic design, using our standard type fonts, stock logos and graphics, once we receive your order in writing and payment. A fax or email proof will be sent to you at no charge for your review prior to us printing your product(s).

CANCELLATION: If you cancel your order prior to any artwork or proof being produced there will be no charges incurred. If you cancel your order after artwork and a proof has been prepared a cancellation charge of $55 will occur. Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

RETURNING STOCK PRODUCT: Patriotic Products, American Flags, American Flag Lapel Stickers and Snap Buttons will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Outbound shipping charges will NOT be refunded. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping charge. Products must be returned in the original packaging, unopened and returned in sellable condition. We reserve the right to reject any returns not suitable for resale. Returns must be made within 5 business days. Custom printed products are not returnable.

MULTI COLOR IMPRINTS: Due to the different printing processes, exact multi color registration may not be possible. Allow 1/64" to 1/16" from registration in any direction on some products.

EXACT INK COLOR MATCHING: Printing methods vary with each product, ink colors may appear slightly different from one printing method to another. Silk screening, pad printing, hot stamping and lithograph printing are just several of the methods used.

OFFENSIVE ARTWORK: We do not accept orders which contain adult X-rated content, wording or graphics. We also will not accept orders which contain words or graphics that are morally, ethnically or sexually offensive.
